Just about everyone gets a little nervous the first time they meet with a lawyer, even if they've done nothing wrong. You are thrust into the legal world against your will, and it can be a scary place.
I get it. When I call witnesses or doctor's offices about scheduling meetings about testimony, right after I introduce myself I say, "Don't worry, you've done nothing wrong!"
And you haven't, either. In fact, you're doing exactly what you should do- you're going to a professional to be sure your legal rights are protected. It's no different than going to the dentist for a toothache.
And as this brief video reveals, our meeting promises to be painless, because that's what I'm here for- to make your life easier and better.
You won't even need novocaine.

So here's a question everyone has before the first time they come see me about an injury case, “what's our first meeting gonna be like?” Well first let me give you the good news. It’s free and there's no strings attached. I'm not gonna strong-arm you to hire me and if we end up working together it's a bonus.
So here's how it goes you're gonna walk in our office and be greeted by our receptionist with a warm smile and a free drink then you're gonna fill out some paperwork about you and your case. After that I will actually read what you wrote because what you have to tell me is important and it'll give me an idea what you need help with. After that we meet. The first thing I'm gonna do is answer your questions because your case is about you. After that we'll get into the details of your case so I can see if it qualifies to make you one of our clients and then we'll start strategizing how we can get you the best possible outcome in your case.
At the end of the meeting one of three things is going to happen. I'm gonna decide you qualify to be one of our clients and you're gonna hire me or maybe one of us is gonna need some more information or a little more time to think about it and if that's the case I'll still be happy to give you some free advice while we're making up our mind. Or we'll part as friends and I'll just be glad I had the time and the opportunity to sit down with you to help you out. it doesn't take long and all you've got to lose is a little bit of time and you might just gain peace of mind and a lawyer you trust to get you the very best outcome in your case. I thank you for thinking about this with me and I hope I see you soon.
