FOR DUI and DUAC, we've gotten many dismissals, not guilty verdicts, or negotiated a plea to a reduced charge in cases ranging from refusals of breath tests to breath tests over .20. We choose not to present these to protect client privacy, since non-convictions of DUI/DUAC 1st offense result in removal of the charge from the public record.
